Obituary of Theresa Ann Monday

Theresa Ann Monday age 50, of Wytheville, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. She was born in Virginia on June 13, 1973 to her parents Robert and Mary Ann Chandler De Wilde. Survivors include her husband, Samuel Jody Monday of Wytheville; two daughters, Kassie Grijalva of Hillsville; Emily Vansell of Jacksonville, NC; son, Derek Vansell of Jacksonville, NC; stepdaughter, Savannah Monday of Wytheville; seven grandchildren, Mason Vansell, Asher Vansell, Ember Vansell, Colton Vansell; Mila Grijalva, Laila Grijalva and Iverson Grijalva; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Brian Pepper of Wilmington, NC; mother-in-law, Linda Monday of Wytheville. Memorial service will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Grubb Funeral Home with Pastor Paige Wimberly officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M.
