The absolute best in planning the Church homecoming for many, many years. She was diligent in keeping the Shrader Methodist Church clean, even though besides her, very few attended services there any more, but the pastor, Linda, was there even if only Mabel attended. Mabel was very old school, if a person can work...they need to work and she did even being in her 80s. The last homecoming was August 2019 and as usual she made sure everything was perfect with the help of her son. She will be missed dearly.
