Obituary of Lola Pauline Parrott

Lola Pauline Parrott, age 79 of Max Meadows, passed away at her home on January 4, 2025. Pauline was born on October 6, 1945, to the late Lee Dexter and Virdie Virginia Christian Terry. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Regina Robinson, and brothers, Herbert Terry, Calvin Terry, and sister Jean Stowers. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Leonard C. Parrott of the home, children, Tammy and Joey Crockett of Max Meadows, Doug and Tammy Parrott of Wytheville, and Larry and Latasha Parrott of Wytheville; sisters, Geneva Duncan, and June Surratt; grandchildren, Brandon and Meagan Robinson, Tabatha and Matthew Tatum, Meranda Parrott, Shane Crockett, Hannah and Landon Simpkins, Hunter and Cassie Parrott, and Haley and Logan Newman; great grandchildren, Warren Robinson, Tanner Robinson, Sylar Robinson, Briley Tatum, Jovie Tatum, Connor Feaster, Lincoln Simpkins, Dax Simpkins, Camilla Parrott, and Ellie Newman; several nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive. A memorial service will be held 7 P.M. Thursday January 9, 2025, at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Derek Cowan. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 P.M util service time.
