Obituary of Evelyn Holston Etter

Evelyn Holston Etter, age 76, of Wytheville, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Paris G. Sr., and Josephine Morris Holston and preceded in death by brothers, Calvin M. Holston, Paris G. (Sonny) Holston, Jr, and sisters, Judy Smith and Gladies Catron. Evelyn is survived by her, husband,James R. Etter of Wytheville; daughters & son-in-law, Sherri Etter of Wytheville, Melinda & Steve Brewer of Speedwell; son & daughter-in-law, Richard (Ricky) & Peggy Etter of Wytheville; sister & brother-in-law, Sylvia & Lonnie Pauley of Maryland; brothers & sisters-in-law, Wayne & Teresa Holston of Wytheville, Steve & Sandy Holston of Wytheville; grandsons, Clayton Etter of Llano, TX, Jarryed Etter of Lynchburg, VA, Jacob Brewer of Speedwell; great grandchildren, Hannah Etter, Isaac Etter both of Llano, Tx.; brothers-in-law, Billy Smith of Rural Retreat, Edwin (Burr) Catron of Wytheville, sister-in-law, Rita Holston of Wytheville several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 3 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Bret McCleary, with interment to follow in Lebanon Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at the funeral home. Grubb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
