Obituary of Dorothy Kincer Davidson

Dorothy Kincer Davidson, age 96, of Wytheville, passed away Tuesday May 31, 2016,She was the daughter of the late Robert Lee & Gay Corvin Kincer and was preceded in death by her husband, Granger E. Davidson, son and daughter-in-law, Leigh Chadwick “Chad” & Janice Davidson and her sister and brother-in-law Helen and Garland Irvin. Dorothy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ty G. & Cindy Davidson of Roanoke; grandchildren, Star Leigh & David Huff of Roanoke, Deleigh & Kevin Sowers of Longwood, FL, Lark & Don Miller of Charlotte, NC,Chase & Allyson Davidson of Roanoke; great grandchildren, Kyle Sowers, Kade Sowers both of Longwood, FL, John Huff of Roanoke, Keaton Miller, Hudson Miller, Grayson Miller all of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Bobbie Lee Jones of Roanoke, Glenda Calver of Lebanon, Vickie Fowlkes of Wytheville; special friend, Betty Wolford. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday June 4, 2016 at Grubb Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Steve Alderman, with interment to follow in the Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 AM until service time. Grubb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
