Obituary of Patsy Lee Grubb

Patsy Lee Grubb, age 84, of Rural Retreat, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was born on February 15, 1937 to the late George Shelby and Lillian Groseclose Bralley. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rhonda Grubb; two brothers, W.D. Bralley and George Norman Bralley; two nephews, Emory BeCraft and Duane Bralley; niece, Karen Hebert; brother-in-law, Douglas McDaniel . Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Daryl and Shelia Grubb of Rural Retreat; two granddaughters, Heather and James Johnson of Wytheville; Jennifer James of Rural Retreat; grandson, Chad Cress of Rural Retreat; two sisters, Joline BeCraft of Wytheville; Phyllis McDaniel of Goode, VA; eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2 P.M. Monday, April 5, 2021 at the Lebanon Lutheran Church with Pastor Jonathon Hamman officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Lutheran Cemetery.
