My deepest condolences to Hunter's family and friends, and to his extended MCS family in the Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Facebook Group. Hunter was often helping to educate others on how to treat and live with MCS, all while struggling with his own serious health issues. He dedicated his time and knowledge not only in the online group, but with his videos on YouTube leaving us all with a memory of his genuine kindhearted giving spirit. I never met Hunter, and was surprised to learn he was only 26, he seemed wise beyond his years. While his life was cut too short, he certainly made a huge impact and left a lasting legacy. He touched hundreds of lives of people he never met. Thank you Hunter.
May you breathe easy now and rest in peace.
God Bless.

I knew him because we both have lyme and MCS. He was one of the few people who was trying to bring awerness fo MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities)! I didn’t know he was only 26! I think he acted mature and I guess the health problems made him look older. I only found out yesterday that he died, and I have been carrying a lot for someone that I never even met in person. I did think of going visiting him, but I’m too lazy to fly somewhat a long flight. He was thinking in coming to the west because of his health problems and I was excited and offered to help him! With info, I don’t have much money myself either. He created a YouTube channel. I encourage others to learn what he had to go through and hopefully soon we get some help! Those with MCS. He was so resilient! And to be in such a bad health condition and still try to find a cure. He spent 100k looking for one! To only get like 30% better. I wished I could have helped him. Maybe if we actually got some help I could have donated him some money. I don’t have any kids and I’m pretty fugal and I still live paycheck to paycheck. I encourage others to contact your local congressman(?) like he did. To bring awerness to mcs/lyme/mold, I think he had mcas too. I think he was severe in all of those! I guessed he had lyme and then he found out that he did! It’s not that hard! Doctors should know the symptoms! Maybe all of his suffering could have been avoided if his lyme had been caught early or given him longer term antibiotics if it was caught early! All the severe mcs people seem to have lyme!

I met Hunter while searching for help for my mom who has multiple chemical sensitivity. I ran across one of his videos. He was very determined to get well and to help others through his videos. I was glad we got to know each other through the internet. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I will remember Hunter as a person with great strength, determination to reach his goals, and one to help others. I have great respect for Hunter.

Hunter was a good friend of mine , I nick named him Bubba Ray Dudley and teased him about being a hillbilly we suffered similar health issues and would often video chat trying to figure out solutions , we also reminisced on healthy days, which was fun. We both loved working with our hands, and we were both petrol heads, lol. I pray that he's no longer suffering, the terrible afflictions he suffered, and is up in heaven driving around in a environmentally friendly tractor.

My heart goes out to all of Hunter's family and friends. I considered Hunter a dear, special friend of mine. He inspired me and many people with his strength and determination to help everyone who suffered from MCS. He was a Warrior and a Hero. I will never forget our talks, and his sense of humor. He would always put a smile on my face and make me laugh. He was tireless in his efforts to share information and to try and help people. He had a gentle, kind soul and was a beautiful person. I will never forget him, and miss him dearly. He was an inspiration to our community and as a close, personal friend. I am sending prayers up for the family and everyone who knew him. He was a man of God, so I know he is in heaven with the Lord. Fly high my precious angel. You will never be forgotten!

From Denmark I am sending my deepest condolences to Hunters family. I just did know Hunter from the Multiple Chemical Sensitivty group on Facebook and from there on on YouTube. I know him as a person who never gave up and fought for getting well and better and for sharing information about how to get well or what to avoid aso. He had a big heart, was a very kind person and easy to like. He wanted not just to help himself but wanted others to get well also that was very obvious.
It was a shock to read on FB that he had passede away. It is still unbelievable and he will be missed a lot.
It is unbearable to think of what Hunters parents and close family are going through now and since Hunter passed away :'( It must also have been hard to see how Hunter suffered. I do have a son myself and could imagine how painfull and hard it must be to see that ones child is sick and suffering.
May Hunters suffering, fight for getting better and too early death be for a reasonable higher meaning/purpose <3
I will never forget him - R.I.P. dear Hunter <3
Kindly greetings and condolences from Michella Svane

Condolences to all who knew and loved Hunter. This has been a devestating loss in his health groups, where, I, like many didn’t know him in person, but saw his posts and videos. I’ve been having a rough time and hadn’t seen his most recent updates, but didn’t know his passing would be the next post. Very saddened to see.
Thank you Hunter for your kindness and bravery. We never spoke one-on-one, but I know you tried to help others while trying to help yourself heal.
I hope you are now free from the suffering from toxic planet humans have created, causing so much illness. Bless you.

Hunter was a very special individual. Even though he suffered so much himself, he always made time to reach out to people to provide assistance and to make videos in hopes of educating doctors for people like us who suffer from MCS on a daily basis. He was an incredible advocate and constantly worked hard to bridge the gap between Western medical knowledge and natural healing so that doctors could understand how to help people like us who suffer and are neglected by the medical community. He was kind, brave, resourceful and an exemplary human being. I’m so sad to see his life cut short and sad that he didn’t get the assistance he needed for the medical care in order to heal and to thrive. There is some consolation in knowing that he is at peace and I am so grateful to have known him and so grateful for all of his work. May his family feel proud of him and may memories be comforting at this difficult time. May God bless Hunter and rest his soul in peace.
Sincerely,
Janel Hernandez

My sincere condolences to Hunter's family. I am so very sorry for your loss. I never met Hunter in person, but he was a very inspirational young man who touched my life, and the lives of many people that followed him through his Youtube channel on MCS, and our MCS FB group. I am sad to know that he will no longer post anymore motivational videos to his MCS Youtube channel, or post in our MCS FB group. But I am so very happy that he will no longer suffer in health, or be in pain any longer. May God grant him eternal peace and rest.

My sincere condolences to Hunter's family for your loss. You raised a wonderful man who was so special to so many people! To me and many others in our support group Hunter was this bright and shining light. A beacon in the storm. He had courage and an inner strength that knew no bounds. I met him recently online and we shared our experiences with our illness, MCS. We became friends that day and for the months to come. He touched me deeply.
Hunter was so sweet, so selfless, so intelligent, so supportive, so kind, so caring and loving of others. Even in the most serious days of his illness, he supported those also going through difficult times trying to help them including me. He dreamed of a way we could all have safe places to live. He wanted to work to see that a reality, but his body was failing him. He still kept forging on with the life he had inside of him to help others. I am heartbroken that he is gone, but I know in my heart he is with the Lord now. His suffering is over. May he fly with the angels as he certainly was an earthly one to many of us. He will never be forgotten!

“ I will exhaust every thing and treatment until I drop.”
Some of my last discussion with Hunter about finding safe housing and treatment for both himself and my son who also suffers from MCS and MCAS and is only 2 years younger.
Although I did not meet Hunter in person or speak with him on the telephone, he always responded to my messages as we ping-ponged ideas back and forth about things that worked and didn’t work. No idea was too “crazy”. He always had an amazing fight and positivity that I greatly admire. He exemplifies his Go-Getter nickname.
I am saddened that we have lost such a caring and helpful soul, but I am comforted by some other words of his from our last conversation:
“ With MCS you have all adversities against you. I hope my knowledge and good lives on.”
There is a saying that we die twice, once when we leave our physical body and the second the last time our name is spoken. Well Hunter, the MCS community will continue to speak your name and share your knowledge that you so freely shared with us. I am so grateful we crossed paths. Rest In Peace.

Safe passage onward to adventures without a body of pain for you Hunter. May you thoroughly enjoy your journey of ascension and of being free of the prison your form became in this life.
Love, A fellow MCA/MCAS, HI, M.E. and multiple autoimmune sufferer. There's a limit to inner strength when the whole world seemingly ignores "invisible illnesses", and support is so desperately needed for sufferers.
May we all be like Stroupe and put our fullest effort forward to stay in these bodies, to fight and heal as long as we are able.

Condolences to Hunter's family and friends.
Hunter was a good man, and is gone too soon.
May the medical profession continue to learn and grow, and society continue to learn and grow, such that the next person facing MCS as Hunter did will get a little more help and understanding from the doctors, and a little more support from society. And may Hunter's "can do" attitude and the energy and talent he brought have contributed to that growth.

I never had the good fortune to meet Hunter in person, only in our online multiple chemical sensitivities support group where he very bravely and generously shared his full self with us all, especially with his YouTube video series. The strength of Hunter’s character shined like a bright beacon as he helped to inspire and guide us all in our search for help with our devastating and not well understood disease. I thought often about his quality of life these last few months and what he endured daily. I wish there was something I could have done to help ease his pain and constant struggle. I think we all do. Through it all though, what I admire the most is he never lost hope or the determination to keep going nor the care he had for our group. He was a true warrior with such a good heart. Hunter, you will be missed. I’ll never forget you. Rest In Peace, Go-Getter Stroupe!

I am so sorry for how he suffered and am so inspired at how he continued to try to help people like himself and us, even while suffering greatly. I hope that his passing is not in vain, and it is not, as he brought love and light to us all. It sounds selfish to say that I hope it brings awareness to all chemical sensitivity conditions, but I am pretty sure that is what he would want. I have a son just two years older than him, and I cannot imagine what you must be going through. Please accept my deepest sympathy and thank you for raising such a wonderful, caring son.

My deepest condolences to Hunter's parents, Joanne and Johnny, and extended family. Chronic illnesses such as the ones we shared are very complex and difficult to understand by others. Hunter and I spoke often and I understood what he was going through. It is such a difficult way to live. I am glad Hunter is at peace and may rest without the daily exhaustive struggles involved with finding safe housing and safe environments to be in. I also pray that Hunter's family has peace in knowing that his faith in God was known to many. We are all shaken and saddened by his untimely death. I wish there was more that I could have done to help him, but I take solace in knowing that he appreciated my friendship and listening ear. I know Hunter was trying to raise awareness about the struggles with chronic illnesses such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Lyme disease, and the severe chemical sensitivies that can be caused by these illnesses that we share, so if anyone has an interest in learning more, please visit https://tmsforacure.org/symptoms/symptoms-and-triggers-of-mast-cell-activation/ Again, my sincerest sympathies to Hunter's family facing this terrible loss.

My deepest condolences for the loss of a son, grandson, brother, brother-in-law, nephew and friend. Hunter was well known in our Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, MCAS, LYME, mold illness and most recently Addison's disease communities. A true Christian, always willing to help. He deserved far better than what his earthly life offered. He praised Jesus for the small blessings he was given. He so appreciated his Grandmothers kindness. This is a too toxic world for those with our diseases. No one understands. Ultimately we are isolated and alone.
He will be deeply missed by many.
