I met Wendy my first year at Catawba College back in 2007 when I met her daughter, Allison, and we became the best of friends. Allison has been one of my closest friends, we've been through so much together-she's been by my side ever since then and was even one of my bridesmaids in my wedding! I loved Wendy so much, she was hilarious and filled with grace and laughter. We used to have a ball at all the football games and dinners we would go to together. Over time, I began to develop a relationship with Allison and her mother, but I was also was blessed to have grown in my relationship with their entire family including Alicia, their father Todd, and aunt Lorie. I'm thankful to God for giving me friends like the Wright family. I'm thinking of them all during this time. Wendy was a beautiful soul with a huge heart, who loved her children and her grand-children. She was an amazing mother and her kindness, generosity, smile, and presence will be missed deeply. Love you Wendy, rest well. Love always, KaShara Davis
